Interview Schedules

Interview schedules are tracked on Experience (formerly eRecruiting).  Students, please continually check Experience for new interview opportunities, especially during the peak hiring time for your major.

Each employer chooses to set up their schedules differently.  Some employers may want students to apply for pre-selection.  This means you should upload a copy of your résumé to your Experience student profile. Then, you should select "apply for job."  You will then be notified if you have an interview slot.  Others request students sign up for interview slots directly from Experience.

Accounting Interviews

Thanks to Truman's incredible accounting faculty, staff and students; multiple accounting firms as well as businesses seeking accounting majors  return to Truman each year to interview for full-time and internship positions.  You should know that these companies visit Truman in the fall, much earlier than others-sometimes as early as September.  If you are an accounting major looking for an internship or full-time employment, begin searching Experience for job postings and interview schedules about 9-12 months before you are ready to begin your employment.

Career Expo

Numerous on-campus interviews occur the day following Career Expo.  Students are encouraged to apply for interview slots 1-3 weeks prior to Expo on eRecruiting to ensure employers are certain their schedules are full.  Students also have the option of requesting interview slots at Expo as well by visiting employers' tables.
