Employer Information

Here you can find links to information about companies or industries.  But before you go, see if  what you need can be found right here. Here's how the Career  Center can help you:

• In the Career Center library we have a large collection of industry directories that can help you find facts and contact information for all kinds of employers. These directories can even help you find organizations and guilds that can help you connect to what you are looking for.

• In our computer lab you can connect to the business directory ReferenceUSA, which can help you find information for just about every company in the US, by either a business search or a residential search. If you're looking for information on a company, you will find it here. You can only connect to this resource in the Career Center.

• You can find helpful information on companies in eRecruiting, including website links.
   

• The Career Center hosts the Career Expo twice a year, which not only gives you a chance to apply and interview for jobs and internships, but gives you a wonderful chance to meet with representatives from companies and to ask any questions you may have.
   

• The Career Center is open Mondays-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm, and our in-center assistants can help you find the resources you need (no appointment necessary). You can also schedule an appointment with a member of our staff, who are wonderful sources of knowledge and advice. You can find us in the McKinney Center, next to the Student Health Center, or give us a call (660-785-4353).
