When Jan travels, she goes to a wide variety of businesses, indicating interest on behalf of Truman students. She builds connections with these businesses and the appropriate individuals, which benefits Truman students who need help connecting to possible job opportunities. Many times these businesses will then come to our Career Expo to connect with students one-on-one, and also to express their genuine interest in Truman students.

Target hires all majors and has a lot of opportunities for career development. They also offer an Executive Internship, which is paid and has the opportunity for college credit.
Target always visits our Career Expo and has hired a lot of Truman students. Visit their webpage to see what careers might suit you.
It is always a good idea to talk to Jan about pursuing a job or internship at places she has visited. She has names and numbers of people she has personally visited with.
