When Jan travels, she goes to a wide variety of  businesses, indicating interest on behalf of Truman students.  She builds connections with these businesses and the appropriate individuals, which benefits Truman students who need help connecting to possible job opportunities.  Many times these businesses will then come to our Career Expo to connect with students one-on-one, and also to express their genuine interest in Truman students.

  • An award-winning, energetic PR firm located in downtown Kansas City.  This firm is the second top area advertising agency in the Book of Lists, and employs around 300.

  • Positions available through this firm vary: Writers, designers, entry marketing, account supervisors, and media planners.  There are also paid intern positions in PR account services and media design.  

  • It can be said that BEAP is familiar with Truman and is interested in hearing from grads or students.  Talk to Jan if you want to know more about the positions available.
