Polly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Environmental Science from the University of Missouri in Columbia, and a Master of Education degree with emphasis in Curriculum and Instruction from William Woods University.
Polly joined the Career Center in 2003 after a 20+ year career in the airline industry where she worked in various positions from flight attendant to in-flight service training. For Truman her responsibilities include employer relations, conducting career workshops and providing individual and group career counseling. Polly also works closely with Truman faculty and staff on a variety of projects and supervises the Career Center student employment program.
Brandi Wriedt graduated from the University of Missouri with a B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management and a minor in Business. She earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix in May 2010. Brandi has worked at Truman since January of 2008 serving as the Secretary to the Dean of Student Affairs, and has coached the Showgirls and Cheerleaders since July of 2008. Brandi joined the Career Center in August 2012.
David Lusk received his Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Kansas. He earned his B.A. in Psychology and History from Bethel College in Newton, Kansas. Dave has been with Truman since 1998 having worked previously as a counselor at the University Counseling Services at Truman State University.
Tessa holds an Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies from Midstate College in Peoria, Illinois. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice here at Truman State University. Tessa joined the University Career Center in December 2012.
